Processing & Delivery Times

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Local delivery (South Africa): 2–5 business days

Outlying/rural areas: 3–7 business days

Same-day delivery: Available in selected nearby areas depending on order time and availability — not guaranteed, but we’ll do our best when possible.
Shipping Providers
We primarily use The Courier Guy for local and national deliveries. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping Fees

South Africa: Free standard shipping on all orders

International Shipping: Available — shipping cost and customs/duties are the customer’s responsibility and will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately depending on destination
Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, please allow 3–5 business days from the close of the pre-order window for your item to be dispatched. You’ll receive updates throughout.
