At Velocity Apparel, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help — but because we operate as a premium made-to-order and limited-run brand, we have a few rules in place to ensure fairness for both you and us.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original condition with tags attached

Returned in original packaging
To start a return, email us at info@velocityapparels.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-returnable items

Items marked as “final sale”

Gift cards or store credit

Items that show signs of wear, stains, or damage caused after delivery
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can make it right.
